When connected to a BDP-LX52 Blu-Ray player via HDMI, the player and receiver use a unique PQLS Multi-Surround technology for a jitterless transmission, ensuring optimum audio quality. Full Band Phase Control eliminates bass phasing problems to improve multi-channel sound fields and corrects phase irregularities. A Sampling Rate Converter upsamples all digital signals to 192 kHz to improve sound staging, low level detail and the purity of high frequencies.

Five HDMI inputs let you connect your high-definition AV sources and switch between them easily. To enhance your home cinema experience, the SC-LX82 is equipped with a LAN interface for integration into your home network. It is DLNA certified and lets you listen to Internet radio as well as enjoy JPEG images and music stored on one or more network servers.
